This landscape mural was created for a lady who is living her life with severe learning disabilities, and whose somewhat dark looking bedroom was in need of a makeover, so we picked some of her favourite things to put in this painting and chose bright,
over saturated colours for the landscape to help put a smile on her face.

Dartmoor landscape painting - scene features Widicombe Church, Hay Tor and a Dartmoor Pony
plus a passing steam train and Spitfire

Steam train locomotive and classic carriages travelling across the open countryside. Staff at HFT noted that you could
make out peoples' faces in the windows of the train, there was that much detail.

This trompe l'oeil mural was designed to be looked at mostly from in the clients bed, from a sitting up position,
hence this picture shows the mural from the "wrong" angle.
