Hua Quan Village is located in Jiangxi Province across from the stunning vista of Dragon Tiger Mountain, a World Heritage Site that celebrates the birthplace of Taoism. It is a place for learning, creation, inspiration, and deep self-reflection and home to artists and musicians from across China. The 41 acre art and cultural village is surrounded by 80 murals produced by many mural artists, all part of The Miracle Project where artists from around the world have come to share their story.
I painted two murals for the village, they are entitled "Books can take you anywhere" and "Step into your imagination". It was a great experience with some truly excellent people, and I very much hope to go back there someday.
